Before making any changes, always make a backup copy of your files !!!
Disk with saves ( by default this is drive C ) / My Documents / Fallout 3 / Fallout 3.ini / [General]Delete everything in these three lines after the = (equals) sign. SMainMenuMovieIntro= SIntroSequence= sIntroMovie= Save changes Go to the game folder along the path Disk ... / Fallout 3 / Fallout_default.ini / [General], or Disk ... / Steam / steamapps / common / Fallout 3 / Fallout_default.ini / [General]Delete everything in these three lines after the = (equals) sign. SMainMenuMovieIntro= SIntroSequence= sIntroMovie= Save the changes and set the file properties to "Read Only" Go to the game folder along the path Disk ... / Fallout 3 / Data / Video, or Disk ... / Steam / steamapps / common / Fallout 3 / Data / Video, and delete the file: Fallout INTRO Vsk.bik When you start the game, press Esc - everything is annoying, and very long, the intro video will no longer fray your nerves).
